The course capsule developed during the 4th edition of the summer school “Biomarkers for the Ecologial Monitoring of Lakes” is now available here.

It explores how scientific imaging can enhance our understanding of lake ecosytems. The capsule introduces tools suh as acoustic cameras and zooscan: operation, data analysis, case studies and future perspectives.

These innovative approches were presented to participants of the summer school, who also contributed to the capsule by highlighting potential applications of the methods.
